About The Role

The Crowd is excited to be partnering with a world-renowned design practice recognized for delivering award-winning cultural and commercial projects across the globe. With studios in New York and abroad, this firm is known for pushing the boundaries of design while maintaining a thoughtful and highly collaborative studio culture. As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a Contracts Administrator to join their U.S. team.

This is a newly created role, offering the chance to shape processes and provide vital support to both project and leadership teams. Reporting to the CFO, the Contracts Administrator will play a key role in managing the flow of agreements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across multiple regions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to gain exposure to international projects, legal workflows, and design operations in a fast‑paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and track contracts (including project, consultant, and contractor agreements) to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Partner with internal project teams and leadership to align contracts with project scopes, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate the contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution, including managing signatures and approvals
  • Liaise with legal advisors in the U.S. and internationally to update templates and maintain consistency with organizational standards
  • Maintain organized digital records and provide clear communication to staff on contract terms and workflows
Key Skills/Requirements
  • Experience in contract administration, legal support, or related roles
  • Solid understanding of contract law, with the ability to review and interpret terms
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and record‑keeping
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and external partners
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
