Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The role requires resilience, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

The Contract Administrator acts as a key link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data communication and timely distribution of planned and allocated works, meeting company and client standards. You will support team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants with administrative tasks, ideally with experience in housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan daily work schedules for engineers, electricians, plumbers, apprentices, and communicate accordingly.
  • Ensure data is accurate and delivered promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records via appropriate systems.
  • Coordinate with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
  • Handle calls from clients and tenants professionally.
Required Attributes
  • Self-motivated with a desire to develop within a successful company.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases; strong organizational skills.
  • Experience handling high call volumes is advantageous.
  • Friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients.
