Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of software used by the Company.
• Ability to organize data and processes and communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and confidential administrative work for the Staff Member; handle general office tasks and confidential matters.
• Assist with travel plans, calendar management and arranging meetings and itineraries.
• Prepare agendas, minutes and resolutions for corporate meetings; review Maximo reports and make corrections as needed.
