Job summary

Ohio Valley Electric Corporation (Kyger Creek) seeks an Augmented Outage Administrative Associate on a contract basis. You will perform routine and confidential administrative work, manage calendars, prepare reports, and handle travel plans, with a focus on supporting the Outage department.

• Must possess a working knowledge of software used by the Company; strong data organization and written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and confidential administrative work for the Staff Member and manage confidential documents.
• Assist in preparing special reports for management and summarize information for reports.
• Screen calls, answer questions, and direct inquiries to the appropriate party.
• Manage the Staff Member's calendar, schedule appointments, organize events, and arrange travel.
