Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with procurement practices and grants management.
• Knowledge of federal/state procurement and grant management rules.
• Willingness to obtain CTCD/CTCM within six months of hire; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops procurement documents and grant solicitation timelines.
• Maintains standardized SOW templates and guidance.
• Drafts common SOW components, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Trains staff on SOW development and processes.
• Identifies process improvements for templates and training.
• Coordinates with legal, procurement, and program staff.
