Job summary

Naviga Recruiting & Executive Search is partnering with a leading global law firm to hire a Contract Accounts Receivable Specialist. This 3-5 month contract offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment and the possibility of extension based on performance.

You will process cash applications, resolve unapplied cash, and handle AR inquiries, using Aderant and ServiceNow. Remote role; must reside in GA or other listed states.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
• Solid understanding of general accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and 10-key.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process cash applications using Aderant.

• Respond to AR inquiries from billing, collections, and other groups.
