Job summary

Wonderful Citrus, part of The Wonderful Company LLC, seeks a Continuous Improvement Supervisor to lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives across operations in Texas. You will train teams, drive Kaizen events, and develop reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities include coaching supervisors, identifying opportunities, and implementing waste-reducing solutions in collaboration with production, maintenance, and farming functions. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or safety-related field preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, environmental health, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Train employees in Lean Manufacturing Tools and Train the Trainer.
• Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects.
• Identify improvements with Supervisors, Leads, and Managers and schedule Kaizen events.
• Prepare reports on training and Kaizen events for senior management.
• Monitor progress of improvement implementations and ensure benefits are achieved.
• Work with production, maintenance, farming, harvesting, and other support functions to reduce waste.
• Learn and apply Lean tools such as 8 Wastes, Flow, Kanban, Takt Time, Standard Work, PDCA, and Value Stream Mapping.
