Job summary

The Wonderful Company is seeking a Continuous Improvement Lean Practitioner to drive productivity and eliminate losses across its iconic brands, including FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, and Wonderful Pistachios. You will train teams in lean methods, coach process owners, and lead cross-site projects to improve performance and equipment reliability.

This full-time role requires 2–4 years in operations, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and strong change-management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in an operations role (continuous improvement, production, or quality).
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or significant experience.
• World Class Manufacturing methodology understanding.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of change management and adult learning.
• Willingness to travel within California; occasional travel elsewhere.
• BS in Engineering, Math, Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and challenge process owners in lean tools and methodologies.
• Facilitate team use of lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, PDCA).
• Manage multiple projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Analyze production methods to identify cost-saving improvements.
• Share best practices across sites.
