Job summary

The Wonderful Company LLC’s Wonderful Citrus division is seeking a production supervisor for its farming operations in Texas. You will rotate through Nursery, Shops, Pest Control, Spray Operations, and General Cultural Farming to supervise citrus production in assigned areas.

You will lead day-to-day operations—fertility, pest and weed control, irrigation, pruning, frost protection—and train teams to promote teamwork across departments, ensuring productive results.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in agricultural related studies preferred or three years agricultural operations experience.
• Ability to start full-time work in November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all areas of the Farming division, including Nursery Operation, Shops, Pest Control, Spray Operations, General Cultural Farming.
• Supervise, plan, organize, and coordinate activities pertaining to production of citrus in assigned areas.
• Supervise day-to-day operations including fertility, pest control, weed control, irrigation, pruning, frost protection and related ranch projects.
• Provide training and promote teamwork within the labor force and other departments for a productive atmosphere.
• Schedule, coordinate, supervise and monitor all irrigation functions by implementing irrigation schedules.
• Supervise full-time employees year-round and up to 60 seasonal employees.
