Job summary

Successful candidates will have a degree in a technical discipline and a strong understanding of Lean principles. The role offers competitive compensation between $75,000 and $85,000 based on skills and experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or related industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to maintain a consistent presence on the floor in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support plant improvement efforts through KPI tracking and problem solving.
• Coach teams in applying Lean tools to address process gaps.
• Facilitate root cause problem-solving activities using PDCA and 5 whys.
