Kelvion Inc. seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead cost efficiencies and value generation across manufacturing operations. You will drive lean initiatives, analytics, and training, collaborating with leadership to prioritize opportunities and deliver results.

You will develop strategies for continuous improvement, manage projects, and champion a culture of waste reduction, data-driven decision making, and process excellence across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years general management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to conceptualize and implement complete manufacturing processes, systems and structure.
• Fluent with Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing tools, concepts, and methodology.
• Experience creating and deploying Continuous Improvement Goals and KPI metrics.
• Experience using Microsoft Projects and Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate a vision and strategy for implementing a comprehensive Lean manufacturing system.
• Drive Continuous Improvement to reduce costs, improve quality and service.
• Identify and facilitate process improvement projects and training to drive cultural change.
• Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform data collection and analysis for process mapping and budgeting.
