Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead Lean initiatives at the Rigby facility. You will partner with site leadership to identify opportunities, design CI projects, and deliver measurable productivity gains.

The role requires a technical engineering background, knowledge of Six Sigma, and strong communication to mentor teams and ensure food safety and quality standards. Candidates should be prepared to manage cost reductions, capital project scopes, and training

Qualificações

• Practical experience implementing and sustaining CI programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SPC).
• Yield optimization, cost reduction, production efficiency and quality improvements.
• Black Belt certification preferred and helpful for project leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CI/Lean initiatives to improve production capacity, throughput and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D to implement improvements.
• Develop CI project plans, resource needs, milestones and tracking.
• Provide CI/Lean training on site and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs and maintain food safety and quality standards.
