Bob Evans Farms is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead CI/Lean projects across the facility, driving production efficiency and cost reductions. You will work with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D to implement process improvements that boost capacity and throughput.

You will mentor plant leaders, develop CI training, and manage project scopes, timelines and resource needs to support capital requests and site growth.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Industrial).
• Experience implementing and sustaining CI programs (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, SPC).
• Ability to improve yield, reduce costs and boost production efficiency and quality.
• Black Belt preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing cost calculations and production data gathering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Willing to work flexible hours and attend off-site training.
• Able to walk/stand, lift 25–35 lbs, and handle physical tasks daily.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CI/Lean projects to improve production capacity, throughput and cost.
• Collaborate with site leadership and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Develop and track CI project plans with milestones and resources.
• Design and implement new Lean strategies and program elements.
• Apply engineering principles to optimize processing technology and systems.
• Provide on-site CI/Lean training and secure necessary resources.
• Mentor plant leaders to drive culture change around CI principles.
• Prepare project scopes, cost estimates and capital project requests.
