Job summary

Marine in Port Saint Lucie is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to implement improvements in the manufacturing process at Dometic’s facility. You will work hands-on utilizing Lean tools and Six Sigma principles to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and at least three years of experience in manufacturing, alongside strong communication and organizational skills. A supportive environment with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years working in a manufacturing environment required.
• Experience in lean manufacturing is essential; Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality Management System required.

Responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end planning of manufacturing processes including layout and flow.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement effective corrective actions.
• Design, develop, test, and/or source machinery and fixtures for manufacturing methods.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

Mastery of Word, Excel, and Solid Works

Lean manufacturing experience
