Job summary

Penta Search Group is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager for a Life Sciences client in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on leading lean initiatives, facilitating Kaizen events, and driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements.

You will coach cross-functional teams, implement visual management, and maintain momentum on performance excellence programs with end-to-end accountability for project outcomes.

• Support Performance Excellence programs and continuous improvement strategies.
• Organize and facilitate Red Tag events to eliminate waste and improve efficiency.
• Develop and maintain visual management systems to enhance performance.
• Monitor project progress, communicate results, and ensure initiatives are completed on time.
• Escalate issues with clear communication to stakeholders.

• Plan and execute 5S implementation and workplace organization initiatives.
• Support Performance Excellence programs and continuous improvement strategies.
• Organize and facilitate Red Tag events to eliminate waste and improve workplace efficiency.
• Develop and maintain visual management systems to enhance operational performance.
• Monitor project progress, communicate results, and ensure initiatives are completed on time.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Experience implementing visual management and lean manufacturing tools.
