Job summary

A-Gas Americas in Rhome, TX is seeking a Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead site-wide CI initiatives across manufacturing operations. You will drive safety, throughput, and cost improvements by embedding Lean and Six Sigma methodologies into daily work and leading cross-functional teams.

With oversight of CI activities across multiple sites, you will coach frontline teams, manage KPIs, and partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; candidates with 5+ years of manufacturing process improvement experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in safety, productivity, and cost.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence tools.
• Data-driven problem solver with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate site and business priorities into actionable, floor-level improvement initiatives.
• Lead CI efforts across production, filling, cylinder processing, reclamation, and lab operations.
• Ensure initiatives align with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Drive daily management systems, track KPIs, and report progress to site leadership.
