Summit Utilities seeks a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive adoption of process improvements and embed change management into CI, Kaizen, and project work. The role bridges CI execution with project delivery and organizational adoption for durable, repeatable ways of working.

Responsibilities include embedding MOC, coordinating with CI leads, and guiding readiness and sustainment planning across functions, with a focus on risk reduction and governance.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, operations, or related field is required.
• 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, process improvement, operational excellence, and change management.
• Strong understanding of process mapping, standard work, and improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Embed Management of Change (MOC) into CI, Kaizen, and process redesign efforts.
• Partner with CI leads and process owners to ensure adoption, readiness, and sustainment planning.
• Support various types of process change, including incremental CI improvements, project-driven changes, and regulatory or technology-enabled changes.
