Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Continuous Improvement professional to deploy and train CI practices across the facility in Wisconsin. You will facilitate kaizen events, drive OEE improvements, and develop reporting metrics while collaborating with production and leadership to elevate performance.

The role emphasizes safety, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional communication to embed CI into daily operations and achieve business results.

Qualifications

• Requires Six Sigma Green Belt (or willingness to obtain) within role.
• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement, or related area.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office; data extraction/analysis capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI deployment and training in the facility.
• Facilitate 5S/kaizen events and audit processes.
• Drive OEE improvement through data collection and analysis.
• Support production to meet quality and customer service goals.
• Develop metrics and reporting tools to monitor progress.
