Job summary

Clysar LLC in Clinton, IA seeks a senior CI leader to drive the Intertape Performance System across the site, engaging employees and aligning projects with corporate goals.

You will design and implement IPS, leverage data to improve productivity and quality, and lead cross-functional initiatives with site leadership to achieve step-change improvements in cost, waste reduction, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of successful continuous improvement experience in manufacturing.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Lean manufacturing Six Sigma training preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to interact with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Intertape Performance System (IPS) at Clysar, driving site excellence.
• Designs and implements IPS to improve results, reduce costs and waste.
• Leverages data to drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, customer service and sales.
• Collaborates with site leadership to identify high-impact initiatives.
• Assures execution of CI projects aligned with site goals.
• Provides leadership for CI across the organization and links activities to the value stream.
• Drives alignment with corporate IPS Operational Excellence Pillar Team.
• Leads high-impact initiatives and ensures effective communication and change management.
• Engages with site and corporate engineering to drive process improvements.
