Job summary

Rockwell Automation is offering an internship in Continuous Improvement (LCS) in Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH. The role focuses on supporting lifecycle services through data, contracts, and process improvements.

You will engage in creating contract lists, updating partner IDs, publishing internal work instructions, tracking expiring contracts, and reviewing statements of work to ensure alignment with contracts. This is aHands-on internship with exposure to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a four-year or advanced degree program at an accredited university.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

• Create the Monthly Managed & Support Services (MMS) Contract List referenced by ISM, CPS, CSM and Portfolio.
• Perform Monthly Business Partner ID List updates to drive customer access to the support line globally.
• Help create and publish work Instructions for the team (best practices).
• Track 30-60-90-day expired contracts to identify cost and resource savings.
• Review Statements of Work / Proposals for alignment with contract entitlements.
