Responsibilities

• Create value stream maps to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead standard work teams and assist in development.
• Lead Kaizen activities and train employees on Lean principles.
• Manage multiple improvement projects with detailed plans and deadlines.
• Improve Plant 5S, 3D visualization, and TM SMED setup reduction.
• Communicate effectively and support safety and quality goals.
• Maintain regular attendance and compliance with regulations.
