Job summary

Linde Advanced Material Technologies Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Process Engineer in Indianapolis, IN to lead data-driven process improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will analyze production lines, identify waste, and boost OEE by implementing Kaizen, TPM, and 5S practices with a strong emphasis on measurable results. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field and has 5+ years of CI experience in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Quality Control, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of formal Continuous Improvement Engineer experience in an Industrial/ Manufacturing environment.
• Data driven with data analysis, statistical tools, work combination charts and value stream mapping.
• Knowledge of Kaizen, TPM, and 5S; Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred.
• PM experience and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes to identify waste and improve OEE.
• Solve complex problems using data analysis and root cause techniques.
• Improve processes and systems for efficiency and consistency.
• Create documentation and clear process structure for teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive change.
• Lead improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and related methods.
• Plan projects, anticipate risks, and ensure timetables and deliverables are met.
• Assist teams with adopting new practices and sustaining improvements.
