Qualifications

• BS/BA in engineering or quality required.
• 0–3 years in engineering/quality or 10+ years in vapor deposition/plating/thermal coatings with 2+ years AS9100 experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Support the Plant Quality Manager in completing improvement projects and audits (internal/external).
• Assist in preparation for AS9100, Nadcap and customer audits.
• Use statistical analysis tools to analyze quality data and identify improvement areas.
• Support root cause and corrective action plans to meet requirements.
• Provide coverage when the Plant Quality Manager is unavailable and perform other duties as needed.
• Develop measurement and testing methods and prepare written reports.
