Job summary

Group 1001 seeks a seasoned Process Improvement professional to join the Next-Gen Operations Technology team in Indianapolis. You will map current-state processes, identify waste, and redesign for faster, cleaner, and more reliable operations using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma.

You will partner with IT, Distribution, Compliance, Product, and Audit to implement practical, data-driven solutions that improve efficiency and cross-functional collaboration, delivering measurable outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in process engineering, continuous improvement, or data-heavy roles with measurable impact.
• Experience in Insurance/financial services or regulated industries is preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt minimum; Black Belt is a plus; DMAIC and process-mapping methods familiar.

Responsibilities

• Map and diagnose operational processes using value-stream mapping.
• Re-engineer processes to be faster, cleaner, and more reliable.
• Analyze operational data to identify problems and measure improvements.
• Own the process-improvement portfolio and align with delivery teams.
