Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Engineering—Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related.
• 0–3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Spot patterns in manufacturing data and turn them into targeted actions.
• Enhance processes to raise efficiency and product performance.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize equipment capability.
• Run and refine trials for new products and evolving methods.
• Troubleshoot, support machine setups, and drive upgrade initiatives.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Production.
• Create SOPs and technical docs to lock in improvements.
• Apply Lean, 6S, and root‑cause analysis for continuous improvement.
