Qualifications

• BA/BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Welding or assembly experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret prints and equipment specs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a change agent by driving continuous improvement processes.
• Analyze and standardize manufacturing best practices across Henderson Operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams on high-impact projects.
• Develop and implement standard processes across Henderson Operations.
• Manage multiple projects to meet scope and deadlines.
• Apply 8D, Five Whys, and problem-solving methods for root-cause elimination.
• Conduct process analysis to resolve risks in value streams.
• Monitor milestones to ensure on-time completion and sustainability.
• Lead Kaizen events and other improvement initiatives.
• Provide ROI analysis for capital investments.
• Recommend improvements to production methods for safety, quality, and cost.
• Help define future state layouts and process maps for multiple locations.
