Job summary

Henderson Products Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer II to drive efficiency and eliminate waste across our operations. You will implement engineered solutions, develop improvement plans, and support safety, quality and cost goals while mentoring teams.

Qualifications include a BS in engineering and 1–3+ years in manufacturing; strong problem-solving, project management, and proficiency with Autodesk Inventor, Inventor Suite, Excel and Word are expected.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering preferred.
• 1–3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment; welding/assembly a plus.
• Strong problem solving and decision making abilities.
• Proven project management skills and cross‑functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across Henderson Operations.
• Develop and standardize manufacturing best practices and processes.
• Lead cross‑functional teams on high impact projects.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery and ROI focus.
• Use 8D, Five Why's, and Kaizen to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Analyze processes to reduce waste and improve safety, quality, and cost.
