We’re partnering with a global industrial packaging, logistics, and sustainability-focused organization seeking Continuous Improvement / Process Engineering talent. What You’ll Do

You’ll help lead operational improvement and process modernization across manufacturing and warehousing operations.

Key areas of focus include:

• Lead continuous improvement and operational transformation initiatives
• Support lean manufacturing and operational excellence efforts
• Improve manufacturing efficiency, automation, and throughput
• Help shift job-shop environments into more scalable, line-based operations
• Partner closely with plant leadership teams
• Support automation projects and process modernization
• Develop operational roadmaps for growth and scalability
• Travel regionally to support multiple facilities across the U.S. and Mexico
• Drive measurable performance improvements across operations
