Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with proven operations process improvements (distribution experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead department-level projects with clear communication.
• Support analysis of systems and processes by organizing complex issues into structured problems; use dashboards for root-cause analysis.
• Assist in creating and refining building process improvements; maintain records and help identify KPI opportunities.
• Coordinate key building and support-team projects; ensure alignment with priorities.
• Learn and apply PM tools and artifacts to support project delivery.
• Monitor scope/schedule/risks; draft project materials and maintain documentation.
• Support operational and network initiatives in a 24/7 environment.
• Create, validate, and maintain engineering labor standards.
• Evaluate processes and systems (WMS, Fortna, Next view); scope change orders and FRDs.
