Job summary

Milwaukee Tool in Olive Branch, MS seeks an enthusiastic CI Engineer to drive lean improvements in a distribution/fulfillment environment. You will lead department‑level projects, apply dashboards for root‑cause analysis, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable process changes.

You will help maintain process documentation, refine KPI tracking, and coordinate building and support‑team initiatives using PM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience with proven operations process improvements (distribution experience preferred).
