Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a CI Engineer to lead department-level projects, support system and process analysis, and develop scalable improvements. You will leverage dashboards for root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams, refine workflows, and maintain change documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering.
2+ years of experience with Lean/Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead department-level projects with clear and concise communication.
Support analysis of systems and processes by organizing issues into structured problems.
Use dashboards and reporting tools to assist root-cause analysis and contribute solutions with cross-functional partners.
Assist in creating and refining building process improvements and documentation workflows.
Maintain accurate records of current processes and identify KPI improvement opportunities.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and rollout of scalable improvements.
