Dayton Children's Hospital seeks an experienced administrative/clerical professional to support the Director of Continuing Medical Education at the Main Campus. This full-time role coordinates CME activities, manages the CME Tracker and supports related meetings and communications with ACCME, OSMA, and CME Tracker.

Facility: Dayton Children's - Main Campus Department: Medical Education Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: Provides administrative support and clerical support to the Director of Continuing Medical Education. Provides administrative/clerical support to all CME activities at Dayton Children's Hospital and outside of CME request. Work closely with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCGME), Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) and CME Tracker regarding the policies of CME accreditation. Excellent computer/typing and organizational skills, the ability to set goals, prioritize, multi-task, make decisions, compose letters, generate agendas and take meetings minutes are required. Very good interpersonal skills are essential.
Department Specific Job Details: Hours: M-F 8 HOUR DAYS Education: GED or High School diploma is required. Experience: Microsoft Office (Outlook), typing, communication, computer proficiency, customer service, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications An associate degree and 5–10 years of relevant experience.
