Dayton Children's seeks an Administrative Assistant to support the Director of Continuing Medical Education and CME activities across the hospital and affiliated sites. Strong computer skills, typing and organizational ability are required to manage agendas, minutes, and communications.
Responsibilities include coordinating Grand Rounds, maintaining CME Tracker, liaising with ACCME/OSMA, preparing materials, attending CME meetings, and supporting Pediatric Forum journal efforts.

Provides administrative support and clerical support to the Director of Continuing Medical Education. Provides administrative/clerical support to all CME activities at Dayton Children's Hospital and outside of CME request. Work closely with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCGME), Ohio State Medical Association (OSMA) and CME Tracker regarding the policies of CME accreditation. Excellent computer/typing and organizational skills, the ability to set goals, prioritize, multi-task, make decisions, compose letters, generate agendas and take meetings minutes are required. Very good interpersonal skills are essential. Department Specific Job Details:
Hours: M-F 8 HOUR DAYS
GED or High School diploma is required.
Microsoft Office (Outlook), typing, communication, computer proficiency, customer service, and organizational skills.
An associate degree and 5-10 years of relevant experience.
