Job summary

Prime Healthcare St. Francis Hospital in the Chicagoland area is seeking a dedicated Continuing Medical Education (CME) Manager to oversee the daily administration of our ACCME-accredited CME program. You will ensure educational excellence, regulatory compliance, and ongoing quality improvement.

This high-visibility role liaises with physicians, providers, hospital leadership, and participating sites, guiding strategic CME initiatives and empowering physicians through education and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of senior management experience in healthcare, education, accreditation, or regulatory environments
• Experience managing an accredited CME program
• Background working with accreditation and/or credentialing organizations
• Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Passion for continuous improvement and educational excellence
