CellNetix Pathology & Laboratories seeks a Continuing Care Coordinator to prepare material for conferences and professional review. You will support research requests and provide outstanding customer service to employees and clients.

The role requires accuracy, strong communication, and the ability to triage in a fast-changing environment while complying with HIPAA regulations. Training and growth opportunities are available.

They will also assist with research requests, both internally and externally driven. This individual will provide excellent customer service to all CellNetix employees and clients. The ideal candidate will have superior communication and proofreading skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize and triage with little to no supervision, and the ability to learn in a rapidly changing environment. It is important that the Continuing Care Coordinator abides by HIPAA regulations.Position Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5:00pmEssential Duties:Manage research requests, both internally and externally driven studiesWorks with CellNetix pathologist and health care providers outside of the company to prepare and distribute material for professional review and consultation to achieve excellent patient care per industry standardsPerform data entry, collect/prepare/distribute pathology material, and communicate with pathologists for conferences and tumor boards in a prompt and efficient mannerAssist with preservation and material requests from legal firms and other entitiesMonitor and distribute incoming correspondence and reports through fax, email, and phone callsManage inbound and outbound communication and interactions about client and pathologist questions/issues with excellent customer service skillsManage inbound and outbound mail processGenerate invoices for technical and professional servicesOther duties as assignedQualifications/Experience:High school graduate or similar1+ year of anatomic lab experience preferredDemonstrate proficiency in data entry and computer software applicationsPrevious proofreading or document quality control experience preferredFamiliarity with medical terminology preferredPhysical Requirements:Be able to lift 10+ lbs.Prolonged sitingStanding, bending, stoopingLadder useManual dexterityComputer useEnvironmental hazards such as formalin, communicable disease, fresh human tissue, etc. are present in the workplaceBenefits:CellNetix offers a comprehensive benefits plan.Medical, Vision, Prescription company paid options.Employee only HSA $29.86/per month or Employee only PPO $52.47/per month.
