Job summary

Impellam is seeking a Talent Experience Coordinator for a project-based contract to support a large-scale transition of contingent workers as part of a major system migration. You will create and maintain worker assignments to ensure uninterrupted access and smooth service throughout the migration, working closely with operations and compliance teams in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires accuracy in data handling, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 2+ years in admin support or onboarding.
• Experience with high-volume data entry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of contingent worker document packets.
• Upload and maintain compliance documentation in customer systems.
• Collaborate with internal compliance teams to resolve deficiencies.
• Escalate issues that could impact worker access, onboarding completion, or project timelines.
• Support continuity by ensuring worker access remains uninterrupted during system changes.
• Contribute to process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
