The role acts as a SME for contingent worker processes and systems, partnering with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, legal, and external vendors to optimize workforce utilization and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or related field is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing data-driven processes and sensitive information.
• High school diploma is required.
