Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Houston, TX seeks an Associate Attorney with 3–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience in contingency practice to handle a litigation-heavy docket and own case strategy from early litigation through resolution.

The role offers a full-time, on-site position with a six-figure base salary and regular deposition practice, plus a bonus structure tied to fees collected on matters you handle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation in a contingency practice.
• Demonstrated litigation skills including deposition work, motion practice, and strong legal writing.
• Ability to manage an active docket independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre-suit and litigated personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial.
• Evaluate liability, damages, and case value, and drive litigation strategy and next steps.
• Draft pleadings, written discovery, and dispositive and non-dispositive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and fact witness depositions.
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and trial as needed.
• Communicate with clients, experts, and opposing counsel throughout the life of the case.
