Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Dallas seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its plaintiff-side personal injury practice. This on-site role offers ownership of a docket within a contingency-based model, with substantial deposition activity and meaningful case responsibility.

The ideal candidate has 1–5 years of PI litigation experience, strong writing skills, and the ability to manage a busy caseload toward resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have a JD from an accredited law school.
• 1–5 years of litigation experience in plaintiff-side personal injury.
• Ability to manage an active docket, typically 20–40 matters depending on experience.
• Strong legal writing and polished work product.
• Comfort with a high-deposition, high-ownership practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket from suit through resolution.
• Draft and respond to pleadings, written discovery, and substantive motions.
• Take and defend depositions, including party and key fact witness depositions.
• Evaluate liability and damages, develop case strategy, and prepare matters for mediation, hearings and trial.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare files for trial when required.
