We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an experienced attorney to manage plaintiff personal injury matters from intake through settlement, with opportunities for trial involvement. The role emphasizes hands-on responsibility, clear client communication, and trial readiness in a paperless environment.

The position offers partner-track potential in a firm focused on high-stakes litigation and efficient, organized case management.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in Illinois.
• 5+ years of experience in plaintiff personal injury matters.
• Strong legal research, analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines, prioritize a high volume of work, and maintain an organized case docket.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a client-service mindset.
• Team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys and support staff.
• Demonstrated employment stability (generally 1 to 2 years per firm, without excessive job-hopping).

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury matters from intake and investigation through settlement.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings and related litigation documents.
• Handle discovery, including meet-and-confer efforts, discovery disputes, and motion practice.
• Research and draft briefs and motions, including oppositions to summary judgment motions.
• Negotiate settlements and communicate with clients regarding strategy, risk, and case status.
• Prepare for and serve as first chair in civil jury trials when matters proceed to trial.
