Qualifications

• Open to Civil Litigation Attorneys & Recent Law School Graduates.
• Healthcare litigation experience is a plus.
• Contingency-based practice with no billable-hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle civil litigation matters from initial case evaluation through resolution
• Conduct legal research, factual investigation, discovery, and case analysis
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests/responses, and other legal documents
• Participate in negotiations, hearings, depositions, mediations, and other litigation proceedings
• Analyze complex legal and factual issues involving healthcare-related disputes
