Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Property location oversight.
• Manages workflow of laborers.
• Communication with property owners.
• Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors.
• Participate in warehouse process cleaning.
• Pack, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (Must be able to lift 70-75 pounds).
• Assist in the Mitigation and Emergency Services department.
• All other duties as assigned.
