Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in San Antonio TX is seeking a Contents Restoration Technician to support disaster recovery efforts. Reporting to the General Manager, you will perform complex contents cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties, coordinate with project managers, and assist in warehouse processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and communicate with customers and employees in English.

Responsibilities

• Property location oversight
• Manages workflow of laborers
• Communication with property owners
• Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors
• Participate in warehouse process cleaning
• Pack, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (Must be able to lift 70-75 pounds)
• Assist in the Mitigation and Emergency Services department
• All other duties as assigned
