Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in Texas is seeking a contents restoration technician to restore damaged property and help clients recover after disasters. You will work under the General Manager, handling complex contents cleaning tasks for residential and commercial properties, and you will coordinate with project teams to keep workloads moving smoothly.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, strong English reading and writing skills, and familiarity with Microsoft

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee property location workflow and laborers.
• Manage workflow of laborers and subcontractors.
• Communicate with property owners about progress and needs.
• Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors for contents work.
• Participate in warehouse process cleaning.
• Pack, unpack, move contents and furniture (lift 70–75 lbs).
• Assist in Mitigation and Emergency Services activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
