Job summary

Jenkins Restorations in Virginia Beach seeks an experienced Contents Restoration Technician to support disaster recovery efforts. You will work under the General Manager to clean and restore both residential and commercial contents, lifting up to 75 pounds and coordinating with laborers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate with customers.
• Proficient in basic English language communication.

Responsibilities

• Property location oversight
• Manages workflow of laborers
• Communication with property owners
• Interacting and scheduling of subcontractors
• Participate in warehouse process cleaning
• Pack, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (Must be able to lift 70-75 pounds)
• Assist in the Mitigation and Emergency Services department
• All other duties as assigned
