gpac is seeking a driven Operations Lead to manage contents restoration projects from start to finish. You will lead restoration crews, coordinate subcontractors, and develop scopes of work while reviewing estimates.

Communicate with customers throughout projects and negotiate scope and pricing approvals. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in operations and 1+ year in contents restoration, with experience on residential and commercial projects.

• 3+ years of operations experience.
• 1+ years of contents experience.
• Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, restoration, or construction preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contents restoration and Encircle.
• Experience working with both residential and commercial projects.
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed.

What We\'re Looking For

• 3+ years of operations experience
• 1+ years of contents experience
• Experience in contents cleaning/restoration, restoration, or construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of contents restoration and/or Encircle
• Experience working with both residential and commercial projects
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed

Compensation & Schedule

• $65k-70k base salary + commission (open to going higher for right person)
