SERVPRO Arlington Franchise is seeking a Contents Project Manager to lead pack outs, moves and cleaning projects, ensuring high-quality service for customers and clients.

You will provide estimates, educate customers, and maintain clear communications with customers, subcontractors and crews while creating schedules and budgets. The role requires strong multitasking and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Superb customer service required.
• Clear written and verbal communication essential.
• Experience in restoration and/or cleaning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimates and sell contents jobs
• Educate customers on the job process
• Maintain customer, client, subcontractor and crew communications
• Create project schedules and budgets
• Manage multiple jobs concurrently
