Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries seeks a Part-Time Instructional Content Writer to develop course materials for Quartermaster and sustainment training programs. This remote, 3–6 month contract requires collaboration with the Course Manager and instructors, adherence to ADDIE, and ability to work independently with government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Quartermaster/sustainment operations (daily/weekly/monthly duties).
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while coordinating with government and contract personnel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to .mil systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
• Willingness to complete mandatory Army online training (Cyber Awareness, AT, OPSEC, etc.).
• Must possess or be willing to use a CAC reader.
• Current or previous Secret clearance.

Job description

The LSTS Contract supporting the Sustainment, Installations & Environmental Battalion (SIEB) at the Professional Education Center is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Instructional Content Writer to develop course materials for Quartermaster and sustainment-related training programs. This is a temporary position expected to last 3 to 6 months, depending on the speed and quality of content development.

• Following the ADDIE process, develop high-quality professional instructional content for Quartermaster and sustainment courses.
• Collaborate closely with the Course Manager and Quartermaster Instructors to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Incorporate real-world knowledge of the daily, weekly, and monthly operations and responsibilities associated with Quartermaster positions.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings via Microsoft Teams and government email.

Position Details

Hours: 60 hours per pay period (approximately 120 hours per month)

Location: Fully remote (work from home)

Duration: 3-6 months

• This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the development of critical instructional content for the Army National Guard FTUS personnel.
• Current or previous Secret clearance.
