Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Content Writer to develop course materials for Quartermaster and sustainment training programs. This remote, 3–6 month assignment focuses on ADDIE-based content development for Army National Guard FTUS personnel.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Quartermaster operations, excellent writing, and the ability to work independently with government coordination via Teams and email.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Quartermaster/sustainment operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with government and contract personnel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to .mil systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on a personal computer.
• Willingness to complete mandatory Army online training (Cyber Awareness, AT, OPSEC, etc.).
• Must possess or be willing to use a CAC reader (will be provided if needed).
• Current or previous Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality instructional content for Quartermaster and sustainment courses following ADDIE.
• Collaborate with the Course Manager and Quartermaster Instructors to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Incorporate real-world knowledge of daily, weekly, and monthly operations associated with Quartermaster roles.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings via Microsoft Teams and government email.
