Job summary

Delaware Nation Industries is seeking a Part-Time Instructional Content Writer to develop course materials for Quartermaster and sustainment training programs. This temporary role lasts 3–6 months and is fully remote, with about 60 hours per pay period.

You will work with the Course Manager and Quartermaster Instructors to ensure accuracy, incorporate real-world duties, and coordinate via Teams and government email. A Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated working knowledge of Quartermaster/sustainment operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly duties and responsibilities.
• Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining close coordination with government and contract personnel.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain access to .mil systems via Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) on a personal computer.
• Willingness to complete mandatory Army online training (Cyber Awareness, AT, OPSEC, etc.).
• Must possess or be willing to use a CAC reader (will be provided if needed).
• This position offers the flexibility of remote work while contributing to the development of critical instructional content for the Army National Guard FTUS personnel.
• Current or previous Secret clearance.

Job description

The LSTS Contract supporting the Sustainment, Installations & Environmental Battalion (SIEB) at the Professional Education Center is seeking a highly motivated Part-Time Instructional Content Writer to develop course materials for Quartermaster and sustainment-related training programs. This is a temporary position expected to last 3 to 6 months, depending on the speed and quality of content development.

• Following the ADDIE process, develop high-quality professional instructional content for Quartermaster and sustainment courses.
• Collaborate closely with the Course Manager and Quartermaster Instructors to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
• Incorporate real-world knowledge of the daily, weekly, and monthly operations and responsibilities associated with Quartermaster positions.

Position Details

Hours: 60 hours per pay period (approximately 120 hours per month)

Location: Fully remote (work from home)
